Insurance

I am in-network for Blue Cross / Blue Shield and Aetna.  I accept LyraHealth benefits provided by a number of employers including MGH/Brigham hospital network.  In addition, if your insurance plan allows out-of-network benefits, I will assist with billing. 

 

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

I make every effort to relieve the burden of cancellation fees. The cancellation fee is $110 for a less than 48-hour notice, and $200 for less than 24-hour notice.  I also offer an option of re-scheduling within the same work week, if we can find a mutually agreeable time.
