THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING
AN INITIAL CONSULTATION
When I meet my clients for the first time, we may decide to seek solutions to ADHD, OCD, anxiety or depression. Parents may be looking for a resolution to a child's school under-achievement, home conflict or social disconnection. In each situation, my belief is that therapy supports skill development and fosters a sense of balance, or equanimity.
I affiliate with cognitive behavioral approach to treatment (CBT), as well as acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). As a CBT and ACT therapist, my approach is distinguished by forward-looking, positive and goal-oriented approach, with the ultimate outcome of providing you with a set of skills toward improving your life.
I graduated from U Mass Amherst with a PhD in Clinical Psychology in 1998 and, since then, had a rich and varied career as psychotherapist, clinical and organizational consultant and director of adolescent and child programs. I have recently presented at regional and international conferences, on stress management, ADHD and CBT.
You may call or email me for an initial consultation, and I look forward to our further contacts.
